| ALKEN CLEAR-FLOŽ 8000 is a concentrated dry blend of specially adapted strains of bacteria, fungi and emulsifiers combined with the raw enzymes alpha-amylase, alcalase and catalase, designed to liquify, metabolize and deodorize agricultural wastes. This formula is particularly useful for cattle and horse manure, which contain higher levels of cellulosic materials (from bedding and soiled feed). Contains 2 strains of spore-forming Gram-positive Bacillus, 3 vegetative gram-negative strains of bacteria and 3 strains of fungi. If stronger odor control is also needed, spray ALKEN NU-BIND in the barn area and on top of the manure compost piles. |

Waste Pits: Apply 5 lbs. of ALKEN CLEAR-FLOŽ 8000 plus 1 pint of ALKEN 896 per week per 6000 gallons of waste, until improvement in odor and consistency is achieved; thereafter, for each 6000 gallons of waste, apply monthly, 2 lbs of CF 8000 and 1 pint of ALKENŽ 896. Mix each lb of CF 8000 with 1 gallon of water and the proportionate amount of ALKEN 896 and stir vigorously for five minutes before pouring into the pit. Pits smaller than 3000 gallons may require up to double the dose of larger pits. Lagoons: For the first 4 weeks, apply 1 lb. ALKEN CLEAR-FLOŽ 8000 and 1 gallon of ALKEN 896 per day per million gallons of daily waste flow; thereafter, apply 3 lbs. per week. Pre-mix at the rate of 1 pound per 5 gallons of water and allow to stand approximately 2 hours before spraying. |
